Here are some of the many improvements you can enjoy:
- Easier to use menu
- Responsive web design that detects and adapts to the various screen sizes
- Streamlined biller set-up process
- View and manage your payment activity
- E-Bills and reminders will now be located in a prominent Unpaid Bills section at the top of your screen
- Make a single payment and, for desktop and tablet users, several payments at the same time using the Pay button
- Search on the Pay Bills and Activity screens by biller name, account number, or account nickname
- Updated and easy-to-use Help Guides
- All the billers, as well as the payment history associated with those billers, will be in the updated version of Bill Pay
- Payments that are currently being processed or are scheduled for future payment will remain unchanged
- AutoPay settings for eBills and recurring payments will remain in place
