Will my Online Banking Username and Password stay the same?

Great News! Yes, your Username and Password will remain the same. Plus as part of our streamlined operations, you will no longer have to select the location where you opened your account. Another feature is that you will no longer be required to change your Online Banking password, but you are able to for your own security.

Will my Mobile and/or Tablet Banking app, login and password remain the same?

If you currently use the Orange Mobile or Tablet Banking app, please download the Green Mobile/Tablet Banking app on or after October 23rd. Your username and password remain the same.

Will there be changes to my bill payment center?

No there are no changes to your bill payment center and your list of payees.

Will my account numbers change?

No there is no change to your account numbers.

Will my routing number change?

No the routing number will remain the same. On future transactions where you have to furnish the routing number for FCB Banks, please use 081025198.

Will my checks still work or will I need to order new ones?

You can still use your current supply of checks. When new checks are ordered, they will contain the FCB Banks routing number 081025198.

Will the streamlined banking operations affect my direct deposits and automatic transfers?

No. Your Direct Deposits and automatic transfers will not change.

Are there changes to receiving my e-statements or paper statements?

If you have chosen to receive paper statements, we will continue to mail them to the address we have on file. For security and ease, you can still sign up for e-statements.
For customers who elected e-statements, you will still access e-statements through Online Banking using the Accounts Tab, then the Documents button.

Will my telephone banking number remain the same?

Yes it is unchanged. Although as part of our streamlined operations, you may now also call
1-888-816-2265 (BANK).

Will there be changes to my Mobile Wallet?

No, you can continue to use your Mobile Wallet (Android Pay, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay) as you do now.

Will my CardValet change?

CardValet will work as it does now. You can still set alerts and monitor your debit card(s).

Can I still use my PopMoney?

Yes, you can still use Popmoney although you may need to re-enter your payee information.

Will my Stop Payments remain in effect?

Yes. If you have placed a Stop Payment, that will continue to be in effect.

Can I still use my current loan coupon book?

Yes you can use your current loan coupon book. Please make your check payable to FCB Banks.

Can I still contact my current Loan Officer regarding new and existing loans?

Your current loan officer can answer any questions you may have regarding a new or existing loan. If you are considering purchasing a new car or home, please contact your current Loan Officer or use this link, loan-officers.aspx.

Can I still use my checks for my Prime Line home equity line of credit?

Yes, you can still use your current Prime Line home equity line of credit checks.

Will I still be able to access my loan information through Online Banking?

Yes, Online Banking will still include current loan information.

Will I need to make changes to my Quicken/Quickbooks program?

Yes, only if you opened your account(s) at one of the following locations: Albers, Belleville, O’Fallon, New Baden, Trenton, or Swansea. To ensure a smooth transition and continued use of your Quicken programs, you will need to complete an account deactivation and reactivation process. For detailed instructions, please click here.
