Updated Information for FCB Banks
Mobile Banking App and iOS

We have some great news!  Our app developers have been working diligently behind the scenes and come up with a solution to the iOS 14.5 incompatibility issues.  Please read the critical information below about the FCB Banks Mobile Banking App and the impacts on various older Apple iOS versions.   

All iPhone users will be prompted to download the latest version of the FCB Banks Mobile Banking app, Version 20.2.80.

iPhone iOS 14 - 14.4 Users:
Upon login, you should be prompted to download the latest version of the FCB Banks Mobile Banking app, 20.2.80.  If you are not prompted, we encourage all iPhone users using iOS 14 - 14.4 versions to update to our latest FCB Banks Mobile Banking App Version 20.2.80.  Please go to the App Store now.  

iPhone iOS 12 and iOS 13 Users: Impacts When Downloading Version 20.2.80:
You will be prompted to download the FCB Banks Mobile Banking app Version 20.2.80.  Users operating iOS 12 through 13: 

  • may experience an error when attempting to open the new FCB Banks Mobile Banking app.  Please click "OK".  
  • should re-enter your user ID, password, Touch ID, and Face ID logins.  

To resolve these issues, please install iOS 14.  Then uninstall and reinstall the FCB Banks Mobile Banking app Version 20.2.80.

iPhone 6 using iOS 12 (Will not be able to upgrade to iOS 14.)

  • When prompted, please download the FCB Banks Mobile Banking app Version 20.2.80.  Please click on "OK".  
  • Please re-enter your user ID, password, Touch ID, and Face ID logins. 

How do I know what iOS version I currently have?

To find the software version installed on your device, go to Settings > General, then tap About.

What happens if I already updated my iPhone to iOS 14.5?

Please go to the App Store and download the newest version of the FCB Banks Mobile Banking app, Version 20.2.80.

If I will receive a stimulus payment, how will I check the status?

You can check using the FCB Mobile Banking app, through online banking at www.fcbbanks.com, through an ATM, or by calling us at (866) 323-4322.

I do not have an iPhone. Does this affect me?

No. This only affects iPhones.
