The FCB Account Alert System Is Live... 
It's Time to Set Up Your Account Alerts!

Account alerts have been enhanced and expanded to offer more options that allow you to securely monitor your account(s) in real time.

You can select from dozens of Account Alerts in the following categories:

  • Security alerts
  • Balance alerts
  • Transaction alerts 
  • ATM alerts
  • Plus many more!

In Online Banking you can choose how you would like to receive alerts:

  • Text messages on your smart phone or wearable device.*
  • Email messages
  • Online Banking Message Center – View your messages through a secure Online Banking inbox.
  • Or through our new FCB mobile app push notifications*. 

You can even select to receive Account Alerts at more than one email address or phone number.

How do I set up my FCB Push notifications?

In our FCB Mobile Banking app, just select Manage Alerts and then turn on mobile Push Notifications. You can select various Account and Security Alerts. Plus, you also can schedule alerts.    

Remember with our new enhanced account alert system, if you chose mobile push alerts for a Low Balance or a Reminder for a Loan Payment, you can select to Transfer Funds or Make a Loan Payment immediately!

Why should I set up Account Alerts?

  • Helps you monitor account activity.
  • Account Alerts are in real time so you will know what’s happening with your account and can spot suspicious activity right away.

Do Not Disturb Feature
Don’t want to receive alerts in the middle of the night? Our enhanced Account Alerts system has “Do Not Disturb” features that you can set up. Any Account Alerts received during the scheduled “Do Not Disturb” times will be held until the time frame has expired.

Can I modify Account Alerts?
Yes, you can edit or delete any Account Alerts. Just select the “Overview” tab in Online Banking to review all Account Alerts.  In the mobile app, you can select to delete the Push Notification.

Can I review past Account Alerts?
If you chose to receive messages through the Online Secure Message Center, you can view alerts from the last 60 days.

We encourage you to set up your Account Alerts through Online Banking or by selecting Manage Alerts in the FCB Mobile Banking app. After set up, you’ll receive a message the moment any of your alerts are triggered. It’s simple and lets you keep any eye on your accounts!

Your current alerts did NOT transfer to the new system and are no longer accessible. Please set up new Account Alerts today.
