1. What is Online Banking?
Online Banking is a convenient, safe and secure way to conduct most of
your everyday banking transactions via an internet connection.
2. How much does Online Banking cost?
Online Banking is a FREE service.
3. Which types of accounts can I access using Online
Banking?
You can review your checking, savings, CD’s, IRA’s, and loan accounts that
you are a signer on. In addition, you can review transaction history and
transfer funds between any of your checking or savings accounts that you are
a signer on.
4. Can I sign up for online Banking and still use the
telephone banking system to access my accounts?
Yes, you will be able to use both products interchangeably. You may use
whichever is convenient for you at any given time.
5. How do I sign up for Online Banking?
Customers with accounts at any FCB location may sign up for Online Banking
by completing the online banking application. For more information, please
contact us. A Customer Service
Representative will respond to your issue promptly.
6. What should I do if I forget my password?
For security reasons, no password list is maintained. If you forget your
password, simply call us at 866-323-4322 and ask to speak with one of our
customer service representatives. Once you have been successfully
identified, we will provide you a one-time password. This assigned password
is good until your next log-on attempt, at which time you will be required
to change your password.
7. How do I properly exit online Banking?
To properly exit or quit Online Banking you must click on the “Log Off”
button.
8. How late in the day can I make a transfer for it to
post today?
While you can create transfer requests 24 hours a day, only transfers made
before 3:00pm on business days will post that same day. All transfers made
after 3:00pm, on weekends or holidays will post the next business day.
9. Can I stop or modify my request to transfer funds?
Yes. At any time before you reach the “Transfer Funds Confirmation” screen
you can modify or cancel your funds transfer request. However, after you
receive a confirmation number you cannot stop the transfer from occurring.
At that point, if you have changed your mind, simply make a new transfer to
move the funds back to the appropriate accounts.
10. When do my recurring transfers post to my accounts?
Recurring transfers will post to your accounts the same day as the next
transfer date unless the next transfer date falls on a weekend or holiday.
In this case, your transfer will post the next business day.
11. Are there limits to the number of transfers I can
make?
Some accounts, such as checking accounts, have no limits as to the number of
transfers you can make. However, many Money Market and Savings accounts, by
Federal Regulation, are allowed no more than six preauthorized withdrawals
or transfers per month. If you are unsure please check with a customer
service representative.
12. What is an “alpha-numeric, case-sensitive” password?
“Alpha-numeric” refers to the fact that both numbers and letters are used.
“Case-sensitive” means that both upper and lower case letters are used.
