Who can I pay using FCB’s On-Line Bill Pay? Through your FCB online banking account, you can pay almost anyone you now pay by check.
How long before my payment reaches my payee? We recommend scheduling your payment ten business days prior to the payment due date. FCB will pay any late fee (not exceeding $25.00) incurred if a payment made utilizing On-line Bill Pay is scheduled ten business days in advance of payment due date and arrives beyond the grace period.
When are funds deducted from my account? Payments scheduled through On-Line Bill Pay will be withdrawn from your account on the date you schedule the payment to go out.
What payment options are available to me with On-Line Bill Pay? On-Line Bill Pay allows you to set up single payments or set up recurring payments that pay weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
What do I need to begin paying bills online?
All you need is internet access using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or
better and/or Netscape Navigator 7.0 or better, an FCB checking account, and
a FREE Online Banking user code and password.
How much will the Online Bill Payment Service cost?

Upon receipt of your signed Bill Pay Service Agreement, FCB will activate the bill payment icon on your Online Banking account screen. FCB will also send you an email notifying you that your Online Bill Pay icon has been activated.
