The FCB MasterMoney® Debit Card offers a secure and convenient way to access your funds. You can use your FCB debit card to make purchases in stores, online, or anywhere Mastercard is accepted. Plus, you can use your FCB Banks debit card at any FCB Banks ATM or at any surcharge-free ATM in the MoneyPass® network.
Our Debit Cards Are now Touch-Free!
This means that anywhere contactless payments are accepted, you'll be able to simply tap your card on the payment terminal to complete your transaction. No need to hand your card to someone else or insert it into the card reader. Just look for the Contactless Card symbol wherever you use your FCB Banks debit card to just tap and go!

How to Use Your Contactless Card
- Look for the Contactless Wave Symbol on the payment terminal
- Hold your contactless card 1-2 inches from the payment terminal
- Go! That’s it! Your payment has been processed
If a merchant doesn’t accept contactless payments, you can simply insert or swipe your card as usual. Your PIN will still be required for certain debit card and ATM transactions.

24/7 Fraud Monitoring
We understand how frustrating compromised cards can be, which is why keeping you and your account safe is our top priority. That’s why we have fraud monitoring systems in place that track your card activity around the clock. If we find a transaction that looks suspicious, we may block it or call you for verification. We will never ask for your Debit Card Number or Account Number.
Free ATM Network
As an FCB customer, you have free access to all FCB ATMs, but for those times when our ATMs aren’t convenient, your FCB Debit Card can be used at thousands of ATMs surcharge free. Just look for the blue and green MoneyPass logo or search for a MoneyPass ATM to find the ATM closest to you.
Mobile Wallet - Pay With Apple Pay®, Google Pay™, or Samsung Pay™
Enjoy all the benefits of your FCB Banks debit card by using your Mobile Wallet. Your Mobile Wallet uses Apple Pay®, Google Pay™, or Samsung Pay™ and is an easy, secure and private way to pay using your mobile phone.
When you make a purchase using your Mobile Wallet, a unique number is generated instead of using your actual debit card number, making it a more secure transaction. With the Mobile Wallet, your actual debit card number(s) are never shared with merchants or stored on your phone; and the cashier never sees your name, card number or security code. It’s a simple, more secure way to pay.

Card Management Through Our Mobile App - Your Card, Your Terms
Debit cards offer both convenience and a level of risk. You can make purchases as easily as using credit, but your personal accounts are vulnerable if your card falls into the wrong hands. By tapping My Cards in the FCB Mobile Banking app, our Card Management allows you to manage your debit card, turn it on or off, track spending, receive alerts, and access many other useful tools!

Travel Notifications
FCB wants to make your next trip as hassle-free as possible. Please notify us of travel plans prior to departure to ensure your debit card is not blocked by our fraud monitoring systems. Without notification, we may block transactions that are outside of your normal spending habits.
To notify FCB Banks of your travel plans:
- Call the FCB Customer Service support line at 1-866-323-4322 (4FCB).
- Log onto Online Banking and complete the Travel Notification form. Look for Travel Note at the top of the page.
- Fill out our Travel Notification Form online.
