History & Philosophy

FCB Banks have served the Metro East area for three generations, all with local family ownership and management. Maintaining the same quality service, competitive rates, and personal customer care which distinguished our original banks in New Baden and Albers, FCB opened First Collinsville Bank in 1990. Today we also proudly claim the Illinois cities of Troy, Swansea, Maryville, Highland, Edwardsville, O’Fallon, Trenton as well as South County, Missouri, as our hometowns. Specializing in Home and Auto Loans, FCB has local loan officers at each of our twelve banks, ready to make quick decisions suited to your individual needs.

FCB Banks specialize in a wide variety of loan programs. They include fixed rate, flex rate and construction mortgages, lot loans, fixed rate and floating rate home equity lines, and low cost vehicle loans. Deposit services offered by FCB include high yielding certificates and money market accounts, FREE checking with direct deposit, and low cost business checking accounts. FCB also offers a full array of investment services through full brokers at each bank.

Our goal at FCB has never been to be the biggest, but to be the best at providing top notch service to the customers we serve. The towns we have expanded into over the years have been an extension of our community bank organization; that’s why the towns we serve are always our middle name. FCB continues to be locally owned with all our management and operations based locally. We will continue to work hard to keep our community bank feel and measure our success by your satisfaction.
